Well done to all our athletes who ran in the National Road Relays in Raheny on Sunday 28th April 2024 over a one mile loop. The senior mens team ran a 2, 1, 3 and 2 miles relay. Our senior team was made up by Mitchell Byrne, Darragh Sullivan, David Scanlon and Louis McCarthy who ran 38.38 for the 8 miles and were 8th out of 32 teams. All the other teams ran a 1,2 and 1 mile relays. Our Senior women comprising Laura McDonnell, Carla Sweeney and Edel McCreery were 5th and our second senior team made up by Sarah Anne Murphy, Aisling O'Connor and Clare Shiels were 21st out of 26 teams. Our masters women 50+ team comprising Nuala Dervan, Vanessa Sallier and Zoe Melling were 6th out of 11 teams. Our Masters 50+ team, comprising Dermot Shiels, Sean McCreery and Pearse Coyle were 6th out of 14 teams, while our M35+ team, made up by John McCauley, Gael Hernandez and Jonathan Hughes were 8th out of 17th teams.
