Well done to all our athletes who competed in the Leinster Masters Cross Country races in Avondale, Rathdrum on Sunday 21sth January 2024. Highlights included Paul Stephenson winning the M35+ race and Laura McDonnell, second in the W35+ race. The M35+ team won silver medal and comprised Paul Stephenson 1st, Louis McCarthy 5th, David Power 10th and Paul Fleming 22nd. They were supported by Matthew Keane, Marc Fitzachary, Greg Byrne and Ciaran Aylward. In the W35+/50+ race Laura was 2nd, while the W50+ team took silver with Donna Mahon, Clare Shiels, Vanessa Salliers and Helen French all packing well. The M65+ team of John McHugh, Terry Clarke and Don O'Carroll also won team silver. In the Womens Intermediate race Aisling O'Connor was 5th. Well done to all.
