Senior men's cross country team at the national championships in Gowran, Kilkenny.
Well done to our athletes who ran in the National Cross Country Championships in Gowran, Co Kilkenny on Sunday 19th November 2023. Our senior men's team came 11th. over a very muddy 9,000m. course. David Scanlon was first home for the Club in 43rd. position, Mitchell Byrne was 45th, Paul Stephenson 62nd., David Power 143rd, Lee Byrne 166th and Jonathan Hughes 176th. Aisling O'Connor ran in the senior women's race over 9,000m and was 44th.
In the Under 20 race Edel McCreery was 53rd. Well done to all.
