In the BMC Loughborough Grand Prix on July 24th Rathfarnham WSAF AC’s David Scanlon ran a super new club 5000m record of 14:22.46. Big congratulations to David who had to wait around so late for his race. Other great runs were from Carla Sweeney who ran 4.18.12 in the 1500m and Mitchell Byrne ran 3.50.41. A very successful trip!
