Delayed due to Covid-19 there was a buzz about Dublin when it was realised that the First Dublin Athletic Graded Track and Field event was to go ahead. It was of course instantly a sell out with all athletes spring loaded and ready to go after being constrained without competitions for so long.
In the 10000m both David Scanlon and Neil Skelton hit the late season start running with PB's. David ran a fantastic 31:11 and Neil 35:57.
The men's 1500m had Paul Fleming running 4:15.4 narrowly beating Shane O'Neill's 4:16.3. Patrick Hickey ran a fantastic 4:25.7 PB and Tom Cuddy 5:02.9.
In the women's 1500m all three women ran a PB with Louise Gaffney running 4:52.2, Lucie Richie 5:16.3 and Sarah Anne Murphy 5:47.5
The 100m saw Bill Conroy Roche run 12.70s and Oscar Comerford 12:82.
