Sprinter Stephen Gaffney is off to a great start to the season. In the British Athletics league on Saturday 6th May he ran 21.8 (wind -1.7m/s) in the 200m and then in Newham on Sunday and ran 10.71 (wind +1.8m/s) in the 100m.
