The in form Mitchell Byrne has set his third Rathfarnham WSAF Club indoor record since December. After breaking the 3,000m (8.25.06) and 5,000m (14.37.93) indoor records before Christmas he has continued on in style into 2016. On the 30th January in the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic Mitchell placed 5th in a 1 mile race to clock 4.11.74. Mitchells next race is in the Boston University Valentine’s Day Invitational is a 3,000m race on the 13th Feb. where he will be trying to take his record time down even further.
