Sean Hehir continued to show excellent form on the road over the weekend, finishing 8th in the Cardiff Half Marathon yesterday in a time of 65.11. This is a PB for Sean and a club record. Sean's performance yesterday follows a win in the Charlevelle Half Marathon on Sunday 22nd September, in which he ran 66.14. Sean also won the East Clare 10k in Kilkishan, Co Clare On Saturday 14th September in a time of 30.06. Well done to Sean.
