Sean Hehir has got back to winning form after injury by easily winning the Clare 10k Road Race in Ennis Co. Clare last night in a time of 29.54. The full results are on the Running in Ireland website. Meanwhile at the Dunshaughlin 10k Road Race John Farrelly ran 37.25, while Maria Dolan ran 37.49. Maria set a new PB for the 10k, was the 4th lady home and 1st O.40 in the race. The full results are on the Precision Timing website. Well done to all.
