At yesterdays Raheny Shamrocks AC sponsored 5k through St. Anne's Park Turlough Conway had a great run to finish 4th in 15.56. Next came Kevin Donagher, 11th in 16.15 and David Danagher 58th in 18.35. Vanessa Sallier was 7th Lady home in 19.33 and came 1st O.40. Her son Chris Sallier ran the course in 19.11 and was 4th Junior home. The full results are on the Precision Timing website. Well done to all.
Meanwhile Philip Halpin finished 28th overall and 2nd O.55 in a 5k road race in Hiddingsel Germany on Saturday 15th June and is back competing again after a long while. Well done Philip.
