Eoin Flynn is training and racing very well since his return to Gran Canaria. On Sunday last he set a big PB for 10k on the road when clocking 30.53 in the Canary Islands 10k road championships. Eoin led the race out for the whole race but got pipped in the sprint at the end, missing out on the win by a second only. He was delighted with the result and is looking to carrying this form through to September for the national half marathon championships and the euro championships for the Club. Well done Eoin.
