Derek Bain had a great run yesterday when coming 15th in the Connemara Half Marathon in a time of 85.26. Full results are in todays Irish Independent and will be posted later on the Connemara Marathon website. Also yesterday, Helen Leonard showed no ill effects from her Lisbon Half Marathon run, by coming home 3rd lady (and 58th overall) in the BHAA UCC Carmel Lynch Memorial 10k in a time of 39.16.
