At yesterdays 5k Run in Carlow John Hogan was 11th in 19.09, while Lorraine Nolan was 18th and 4th lady home in 20.52. In the 10k run Eilish Connery was 18th and 3rd lady home in a time of 39.24. Full results on the St. Laurence O'Toole AC website. Well done to all.
