We had three participants in today’s Rás na hEireann held over 6K (Juniors,Seniors and Masters together) on the site of the Battle of the Boyne. First home was constantly improving Paul Stephenson running alongside the elite Irish team and USA squad. Next home was Owen Mc Loughlin who finished 5th 0/45. Terry Clarke was next to finish and was 1st 0/55. It was a lovely fast course of four laps (1500m) and had relatively little mud spots but one nasty hill on each lap! All agreed that this was a brilliantly organised event and highly recommend it to our athletes for next year. No charge for entry on-line in advance and teams of 4 can register also at no charge in advance. Full results will be on Rasnaheireann website later.
