The highlights at the morning session at todays Leinster Senior, Masters and Junior Indoor Championships in Nenagh were David Scanlon winning the Junior Mens 3k in 9.48 and Stephen Gaffney coming second in the Junior Triple Jump. In the Senior 3k Ronan Kearns was 4th, while in the Masters 3k race Terry Clarke was 1st in the V5 Category and PJ Claffey was 2nd in the V4. In the 400m Stuart McCleane was 1st in V1 and John Hogan 3rd, Daniel Keogh ran well to come 3rd in V2, and John McHugh won the V4 category.

At the afternoon session the medal haul continued. Paul Fleming scored double gold in the 800m and 1,500m in V1. Gerard Claffey was 2nd in the Senior Mens 800m. He also came 3rd in the heat of the 200m. In the Masters 800m John McHugh picked up his 2nd Gold in the V4 Category, while Terry Clarke was 2nd. in his V5 Category. Owen McLoughlin won gold in the Masters 1,500m V3. Well done to all. Some pictures of todays runners are in the Gallery and full results will be in the Athletics Leinster website.
