Sean Hehir is maintaining his fine cross country form of late by easily winning the Noel Mc Guill 4 mile cross country race organised by Dunleer Athletic Club today. Sean's time was 18.46 and was 24 seconds ahead of Martin Quinn, Dunleer AC and Aarun Hanlon, Dunleer AC was 3rd. The full results are on the Dunleer AC website. Well done Sean.
