Today marks one of the most successful ones for the Club, with winning four National Track Senior Medals in the T&F Championships in Santry Stadium. In the 10,000m final Sean Hehir was tracked by Barry Minnock for 22 of the 25 laps and went on to finish third and win the bronze medal in 30.16. Barry finished in 4th place in 30.35 and is getting back to his best after injury. Mark Ryan finished 7th in 31.31 and the three lads led the Club to Team Gold. Paul Fleming finished 18th in 33.28 and Kevin Donagher 21st in 35.28, in his first race for the Club, completed this magnificant team performance. City of Derry won the silver team medal. Louis McCarthy  finished 10th in his heat of the 1,500m in a time of 4.05 which is a PB for Louis in his first National Track Championships.
