Sean Hehir continues his fine form on the road by winning the Adare 10k road race today in a time of 31.17. It was on a very windy course which was not suitable for fast running. Louis Kellegher was 18th in 36.51. Full results are on the West Limerick AC website. Well done to Sean and Louis.
