The 2019 National Novice Cross Country Championships took place on 15th December at Cow Park, Dunboyne, Co.Meath. Conditions were good and muddy! Having recently run the Frankfurt and New York Marathons very successfully in one week the editors were amazed at David Power raising the bar again by running the Waterford half marathon twice at the same time to finish 12th and 20th simultaneously. The 2019 National Senior Cross Country Championships were held at the National Sports Campus, Abbotstown, Dublin on Sunday 24th November.
