Mick Bolger is running very well at the moment, setting a very fast time of 16.56 in the Streets of Wicklow 5k on St. Stephens Day. Mick finished 13th. Also running for the Club was Greg Byrne who was 32nd in 18.28, and Grainne Connor ran 20.27. Provisional Results are attached. Well done to all....

Sean Hehir registered yet another great win in 2011 by easily winning the Streets of Athenry 10k in 31.07 from Emmet Dunleavy (Sligo 31.19), Lizzie Lee from Leevale won the ladies race in 36.26. Catherine Devitt ran the race of her life when coming second in today's National Novice Cross Country in the Curragh over a testing 3k course. Catherine mixed it with the leading four for the first small lap and ran into a commanding second place in the final large lap. Catherine was also first scorer on the winning Dublin team.
