At yesterday's IMC Meeting on the Greystones Track Mitchell Byrne from WSAF AC had a great run to clock 4.02 when coming 6th. in the Men's A Grade 1,500m. In the 5,000m Sean Hehir was 3rd. in 14.40 and Johnathan Hughes was 12th in 16.20. Full results are on the Irish Milers Club Website. Well done to all who ran....

At last night's Graded Meeting in Santry Stadium Stuart McCleane ran 55.37 in the 400m. In the 1 mile David Scanlon ran 4.46, Jack McLoughlin 4.47 and Gerard Claffey 4.51. In the 3,000m Paul Stephenson ran 8.58 and Johnathan Hughes ran 9.20. Full results are on the Dublin Athletics Board website. Well done to all....

At last Tuesday's ESB Beach race over a 5k course on Sandymount Strand John Brennan was 11th in 17.11, Colm Murray 19th in 17.42 and Terry Clarke 62nd in 20.12. Vanessa Sallier was 67th in 20.16 and was first lady home. Full results at BHAA website....

At yesterdays Tom Byrne 5k in Lucan, first home for the men was Ronan Kearns in 4th place (15.39), followed by David Power 9th (16.36) and Grey Byrne 12th (16.54),Sean Doyle 33rd (and 1st O55) (17.55), John Hogan 47th (18.24) and Andy Devies 58th (18.51).Ronan, David, Grey and Sean scored on the mens team to win the team prize for Rathfarnham.In th...Page 104 of 185
