Congratulations to Rathfarnham WSAF AC's Mark Ryan who competed today July 8th at the 23rd European Mountain Running Championships in Kamik, Slovenia. He finished 33rd overall and was second man home for the Irish team on a 12k, 1200m uphill course. Well done Mark on yet another fantastic achievement at an international outing....

On a dark, wet and windy evening at the Clonee 10k organised by Dunboyne AC, Denis Daly ran 38:00 even to come 27th and 3rd M45 and new boy Barry Gatenby ran his first sub 40 PB in a time of 39:47 coming 44th overall. Loads of free pizza afterwards!! ...
