We had 12 Club runners at last night's Graded Meeting in Ringsend. In the 800m we had Stephen Gaffney in the C Race who clocked 2.12. In the B 800m Barry Minnock had a good win in 2.00 with good runs from Louis McCarthy (2.04), Stuart McCleane (2.06) and Gerard Claffey (2.07). Congratulations to Eilis Connery who placed 2nd woman in the Dublin Mountain Plod this morning, in a time of 101.42 - her second race of the weekend. Raedi Higgins was 9th woman in 124.05. We had 12 Club runners in today's National Lottery Irish Runner 5 mile Road Race in a windy Phoenix Park. First home was Paul Fleming in 12th overall and 2nd O.35 in a time of 26.19. Peter O'Farrell clocked up the 3rd Club win of the day by winning the Kippure IMRA Leinster League race on Wenesday with John Brennan second. Barry Minnock recorded the second win of the night for the Club by winning the Kinnegad 5k Road race in a course record of 14.39.
