The Autumn Open Cross Country Championships were held at the National Sports Campus, Abbotstown on 22nd October. The results on the day were David Scanlon 28th, Colm Moran 55th, Neil Skelton 61st in the men’s race and on her own, Donna Mahon 25th in the women’s race. Well done guys....

Well done to all 758 finishers of yesterday's Rathfarnham 5k which took place on a mild calm Rathfarnham morning, which was excellent running conditions. There was over 900 entries in total.
