On Thursday 19th July Sean Hehir won the St. James's Hospital 6.5k Fun Run around the streets of South City Centre of Dublin a run which started and finished in The Royal Hospital Kilmainham. At last nights Graded Meeting in Santry Stuart McCleane ran 2.07 in the 800m, David Scanlon 2.12, Pearse Coyle 2.15, John McCabe 2.23 and Valerie McGuinness ran 2.21 in the ladies 800m. Full results on Dublin Athletics Board website. Well done to all....

At last nights Dublin City Council 5k Road Race in Rinsend Park Paul Fleming was 1st in 15.57, Shane O'Neill 14th in 16.52, Tommie Bishop 30th in 17.36, Don O'Carroll 57th in 18.51 and Maura Kearns 65th and 3rd Lady in 19.06. Full results on BHAA website. Well done to all who ran....

On Saturday 7th July, day 1 of the National Senior Track and Field Championships on a very windy track in Santry, Paul Stephenson ran 33.09 to come 12th in the 10,000m final, while Johnathan Hughes ran 35.29. At last Wednesday's Graded Meeting in Ringsend we had eight Club runners. Valerie McGuinness ran 5.04 in the 1,500m and Noelle Fitzgerald ran 4.15. In the men's 1,500m Paul Stephenson ran 4.05, Louis McCarthy 4.07, Ciaran Aylward 4.22, Pearse Coyle 4.34 and John McCabe 4.56. Stuart McCabe ran 55.7 in the 400m.
