We have 3 Club Members running for Ireland in Santry today in the British and Irish Masters Cross Country Championships in Santry. Paul Fleming was 6th in the M35 category and scored on the gold medal winning Irish team, Donna Mahon was 2nd in F35 and won a Gold medal for the Irish team. Helen Ingram was 5th in F55 and won a silver medal on the Irish team. Adam Jones, a long time member and supporter of the Irish Masters Athletics Federation designed and supplied the Medals for the Championships and it was great to see some of them coming back to the Club.
