What a fantastic new 5000m PB of 13:55.53 for Mitchell Byrne at The Morton Games on July 2nd!! Carla Sweeney had another excellent run to finish 8th in the International Mile in a time of 4.35.56. FULL MORTON GAMES RESULTS HERE

Hot on the heels of Mitchell, and also chasing a time, David Scanlon also ran a new PB on the day. His time of 14:22.46 was at the KBC Nacht meeting in Heusden-Zolder, Belgium. Two guys on fire at the moment
