There are four main club training days. Training plans are provided and are varied depending on fitness level and target races.
Tuesday: Loreto Park at 18.30. Intervals/Tempo etc
Thursday: 18:30 Clubhouse, Main Street, Rathfarnham Village. Core/Strength/Plyometrics followed by speed/hill reps.
Saturday: Tempo Cross Country laps in Tymon Park. Meet 8:50/9:50 near the Basket ball Arena car park. Parking in SDCC car park 100m further on same side.
Track training on the Tallaght Athletics track, Tallaght village. All athletes should be there at 9:50am for a 10am start. Training finishes at 11am.
