St. Coca’s 5k Kilcock 24th June

A good Rathfarnham WSAF AC gang headed to Kilcock for the St.Cocas 5k on Friday evening June 24 ^th . There were some great individual performances with a huge number of personal best times. This has to be a reflection on the recent restructuring of our coaching by head of coaching, Orla Murray, bringing our already fantastic coaching system to another level.
