Congratulations to Rathfarnham WSAF AC athletes who ran in the National Intermediate/Masters Cross Country this weekend.

Great results from the men with Mitchel Byrne and his Individual Silver and Dublin team Silver in Intermediate and well done to Edwin Keville and Pearse Coyle who won Gold medals on the winning Dublin team. 

Congratulations to the M35 team made up of Eoin Flynn, Mark Ryan, Louis McCarthy and Paul Flemming who secured their Gold title and well done to Mitchel Byrne, Kevin Donagher, Neil Skelton and Gael Fernandez who secured Team Bronze in Intermediate. 

Mark Ryan was awarded with M40 Gold and Eoin Flynn with M35 Bronze. The M50 team placed 5th overall and was made up of Edwin Keville, Pearse Coyle, Tom Cuddy and Eric Cullen. 

For the women athletes great results from Sinead Murray on Dublin team Silver in the Intermediate and Clare Sullivan on Gold with W35 Dublin team in the Masters. Well done to Sue Ryan, Ester Lawlor, Clare Shiels, Maria Brennan and Lian Brady who all also took part in the Masters. Great results from all who ran and represented the club. 





The 35th running of the Raheny 5 mile road race saw over 4000 finishers this year.  Well done to all from Rathfarnham WSAF AC who competed. The mens senior team finished an excellent 4th overall. Individual results were as follows:
