Well done to our masters mens team who won the M50 race at today's National Road relays in Raheny. The team was made up by Sean McCreery, Shane O'Neill and Pearse Coyle. Well done to Mitchell Byrne who won the Tallaght 5k road race, in 14.44 and Laura McDonnell won the womens race in 17.26. On Sunday 19th February 2023 Carla Sweeney won the National Seniors Indoors 1,500m at NIA in a time of 4.22.In the 60M sprit Stephen Gaffney ran 6.83 to come 7th in the final. The National Masters XC saw some great Rathfarnham WSAF AC medals today. In the Masters race we had Eoin Flynn home in 3rd place (1st O.40), Paul Stephenson 7th, Louis McCarthy 20th and Matthew Kane 24th to bring the team home in the Silver medal position. Well done to Aisling O'Connor who won an Individual silver medal in the Dublin Intermediate Cross Country Championships on a snowy Tymon Park course on Sunday 11th Decwmber 2022. At the Uneven Age Cross Country Championships in Cork on Sunday we had 11 Juveniles representing the Club.
