National Senior Cross country Championships 2019

The 2019 National Senior Cross Country Championships were held at the National Sports Campus, Abbotstown, Dublin on Sunday 24 ^th November. The Rathfarnham WSAF AC men’s team finished in a strong 6 ^th position building on last year and looking forward to finishing on the podium next year. Carla Sweeney was the sole lady entrant and had a great run finishing in 35 ^th   overall and 7 ^th U23.

The men’s results werew as follows: Mitchel Byrne 20 ^th , Paul Stephenson 28 ^th , Louis McCarthy 64 ^th , Luke McMullen 89 ^th , Jonathan Hughes 106 ^th , Dave Power 121 ^st
