In one of the performances of the year so far Rathfarnham WSAF AC’s Shane O’Neill ran a super time of 4:11:16 to take silver in the M45 1500m at AIT. His time was so fast it was even better than the M35 and M40 winners!! Bad luck having a double masters world champion winner in his age group!
