National 5k Road Racing Championships 2022

The National 5k Road Racing Championships 2022 took place on Sunday May 15 ^th in the Phoenix Park, Dublin. A large Rathfarnham WSAF AC turnout didn’t go unrewarded with two team medals.  The MS team of Kevin Donagher, Luke Howard, Colm Murry and Micheál Murphy won the national bronze medal with the M35 team 8 ^th and M50 team 5 ^th .

The FS team of Aisling O’Connor, Laura Ryan and Clare Sheils also won a national bronze medal, with the F50 team coming 4 ^th . There were some great individual performances listed below. Well done to everybody who took part, especially the young and upcoming athletes who have joined as members through our fit4Life program.
