It was great to see a wave of Rathfarnham WSAF AC green in the men’s and women’s 1500m and 5000m at the Dublin Athletics Graded meeting on Wednesday July 7th. Some great individual performances are listed below with both the men’s and women’s senior captains Mitchell and Catríona leading the way. Results were as follows:
