The 2020 Leinster Indoor track and field Championships were held in the Athlone Institute of Technology on 24th February. Mitchel Byrne had a great run to win the1500m gold medal in 4:06:98. Lee Byrne ran a blistering last 100m to clearly win the 400m but due to a faulty photo finish machine he was not awarded the title. Congratulation to both winners. In the masters 1500m Ronan Kearns was 6th M40 in 4:49:12.
