Fantastic running today saw Mitchel Byrne clocking a new PB of 14:32 which is also a new club record! Paul Fleming ran 15:56 to win the M40 race and a man who is finally starting to develop his potential, Shane Grehan, ran a massive 17:37 PB! The Rathfarnham team finished third. Well done to all.
