Leinster Novice ladies bronze medal team
The 2019 Leinster Novice Cross Country Championships took place in Gowran, Co.Kilkenny on Saturday 26th October. A big Congratulations to the Rathfarnham WSAF AC ladies who won the team bronze medal! Carla Sweeney was first over the line for Rathfarnham in 5th position with the ever improving Sinead Murray just a hare's breath behind in 6th. Aisling O'Connor ran strongly to come 29th and new girl Siobhán Kelly was an important 52nd, already winning her first club medal! The club training plan is producing super advancements. The icing on the cake was Carla and Sinead also receiving Gold medals as part of the Dublin County team. Well done to all. A good haul of medals for a day's work!
