The 40th edition of the Tinryland AC 4mile Road Race was held in Carlow on Sunday 13th October 2019. Rathfarnham WSAF AC's Mitchel Byrne finished an excellent 3rd place in a time of 19:38. Paul Fleming was 1st M40 in 21:35. Well done lads!
