The Frank Duffy 10mile road race took part in the Phoenix Park on Saturday 24th August and incorporated the Dublin Athletics Board 10 mile road race. M55 and W55 categories both produced gold medals with Tommy Hughes running 55:37 and Jackie Kingston 81:05. Ester Lawlor ran a 5min PB of 75:02 to win the W40 Bronze medal. Neil Skelton ran 62:17, Archie O’Donnell 71:36, Michael Ferry 86:52 and Elaine Bennett 94:54. Well done to everybody.
