Mitch, Flowers and Beer!
Congratulations to Mitchel Byrne who set a new club 3000m record of 8:15.46 in coming 3rd at the 6th meeting of the Flanders Cup series in Huizingen, Belgium on Saturday 24th August 2019. It is great to see him still improving at the end of the season! He was delighted with being presented with a bouquet of flowers and a beer (Kriek Boon cherry beer before any of you Belgian beer experts start asking!!). Powerful running Mitchel, well done.
