In the 2019 DLR Bay 10k Rathfarnham WSAF AC’s Paul Stephenson had a podium place coming second overall in 31:56. Archie O’Donnell ran 39:19 and Peter Toomey 39:59. Ever faster Laura Ryan was 6th in the women’s race in 42:34. Well done all.
