Friday evening racing and the balmy conditions made for a different feel to the 2019 ST.Coca’c Kilcock 5k on June 29th. Kevin Donagher had a SB, finally dipping under 16mins to run 15:55. Ciaran Aylward, very much improving as the year progresses ran a SB of 16:29. A very much in form Clare Sullivan ran a 17:42 PB and was second in the women’s race. Denis Daly ran a 17:54 PB!!
