There was a good contingent of Rathfarnham WSAF AC athletes competing in the National 5 mile championships incorporated into the Irish Runner 5 mile on a new course in the Phoenix Park on Saturday 15th June 2019. Conditions were humid and windy but there were some very good individual performances and PB’s. The M50 team of Paul Moran, Colm Murray and Denis Daly won the team Gold medal. Individually, Paul Moran won M55 bronze, Jackie Kingston the W55 bronze and Michael Ferry the M70 Bronze.
