Well done to those who competeted in the National Indoor Championships in Abbotstown. Carla Sweeney finished an excellent 7th in the 1500m final in 4:33:84. Mitch Byrne finished 9th in the 3,000m final in a time of 8:31:45. In the 1500m heats Shane O'Neill ran 4:10:12, Cillian Doherty 4:11:55 and Lee Byrne 4:14:84.
