There were three great results in the Dublin Senior Cross Country championships on November 4^th. It was hosted by Clonliffe Harriers in Santry Demesne. Mitchel Byrne came 5^th in 31:47, Shane O’Neill was 14^th in 33:09 and Paul Flemming was 22^nd 34:10
