We had just two athletes competing in the 2018 Celbridge AC 5k on Thursday 30th of August. Mitchel Byrne ran perfectly to win the race in 14:56. The only way the not so young can compete with that is the way Paul Moran did by setting a new Irish Masters M55 National record of 16:33! Well done guys!
