Well done to all who competed in the Docklands 5k organised by Crusaders AC. Paul Flemming ran 16:19, Turlough Conway 16:48, Colm Murray 17:02, Clare Sullivan 18:31, Catriona Dowling (19:29 PB!!) and Aisling O’Connor 21:32. Yet another race in warm conditions!
