Congratulations to everyone who represented the club in the Dublin Junior and Senior Cross Country Championships, held in glorious sunshine on a new course in Tymon Park this afternoon. Jonathan O’Donoghue was 7th in the Junior Men’s 6k race in a time of 21.22, and Clare Sullivan was 15th in the Senior Women’s race held over the same three-lap course. Nine athletes from the club ran in the Senior Men’s 10k race, and the team was led home by Paul Stephenson in 14th place in 34.22, followed by Paul Fleming (22nd in 35.30), David Scanlon (25th in 35.48), Brian Furey (30th in 36.19), Eoin McLoughlin (35th in 37.11), Liam Dunne (40th in 37.48), David Power (41st in 37.56), Jonathan Hughes (44th in 38.18) and Aaron Browne (48th in 38.36).
