Congratulations to Sean Hehir who won the Airtricity Dubin Marathon today in a time of 2.18.21; the first Irish athlete to win the event in 20 years. Sean ran a perfectly paced race to take the lead at 20 miles, and finished over a minute clear of runner-up Joe Sweeney of DSD. Paul Moran was next home from the club in 2.41.37, followed by Peter O’Farrell (2.56.36), Colm Murray (3.04.21), Maria Dolan (PB of 3.06.12), Rob Costello (3.26.10) and Aisling Tohill (3.57.08).
